Anyone who is currently receiving an income deemed suitable by a financier to service the required payments. We can generally overlook past mistakes such as defaults and court judgments, provided they have been paid out and there is a legitimate reason behind them.
Because of our relationship with the various lenders, we are able to make a case to the person assessing your loan. We can very often persuade them to provide finance for you even when the banks have firmly said no. Not only this if we are unable to provide you finance at first go, we will devise a strategy with you to give you the best shot in the near future.
