If you are buying your car from a CAR DEALERSHIP, you will need to provide the following things:
1. Proof of your income (via payslips, bank statements or company financials)
2. Proof of your address (usually from a copy of your license)
3. Proof or property ownership (If you own property a copy of a Council Rates Notice; if you are renting or boarding this is not required)
4. Proof of your Comprehensive Insurance on the vehicle (this is called a Certificate of Currency which will be faxed by your insurer upon your request directly to us)
*If you are on a temporary visa, a copy of your passport and visa will also need to be provided before we proceed.
If you are purchasing from a PRIVATE SELLER, in addition to tha above you will need to provide the following:
1. A Victorian roadworthiness certificate, a Queensland roadworthiness certificate, or an inspection report from a major body detailing the Registration number, Chassis/VIN number, and Engine number of the vehicle.
2. A completed invoice filled in by and signed by the seller.
3. A copy of the current registration papers displaying the current owner's details
4. A deposit slip or similar proof of the seller's bank account details
5. Photographs of the vehicle showing the registration number and body of the vehicle
Under either of these buying circumstances, Motorcore Finance PTY LTD may request further documentation regarding the vehicle itself, or the person/s involved in the selling/purchase of the vehicle.
